About the event

We've brought together the most powerful, practical and impactful recovery skills into one transformative five week course. It is so understandable that you might feel like something is missing at certain points of recovery, most of us often do! But you don't have to stay there. With the right combination of approaches, it's not only possible to become unstuck, but to propel yourself further through the process.

This course covers all the essential practical tools you need for the journey - dialoguing, helpseeking, boundary setting, body image, distress tolerance, effective coping mechanisms, goal setting strategies and lots more. These five weeks are packed with so much knowledge, guidance and action, using evidence-based frameworks to pull you through. All in a safe, trauma-informed and supportive enviroment. Everything you can expect during our time together: 

  • 5 x workbooks for each new topic (sent to you every Friday)
  • 5 x Facebook lives unpacking what we are working on that week (every Monday for 1 hour)
  • 5 x videos posted each week guiding you through what you will find in your workbook (every Monday)
  • A private, safe and trigger free environment in an exclusive Facebook group

Week Three: Learning to cope without an eating disorder

Week Four: Effective goal setting 

  • Make progress with flexible, incremental, achievable goals

Week Five: Balance your body image

  • The body image spectrum

This course is best suited to attendees who are:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Medically stable
  • Able and willing to engage with new recovery skills
  • Able and willing to set small recovery goals

Payment plan: You can purchase your ticket with the first payment below and you will then receive an invoice (in the amount of $122.50 AUD) each week via PayPal for three consecutive weeks until your ticket has been paid for  If you'd like to take advantage of this option, please make the first payment below, all subsequent invoices will come to you via the email you provide a week before they are due.
